Abstract

冠心病是威胁人类健康的第一杀手，脂蛋白（a）［Lp（a）］升高与冠心病残余风险及不良预后有关，血脂净化治疗可大幅降低Lp（a）水平，改善远期预后。本文报道1例进展性冠心病伴Lp（a）升高患者血脂净化治疗的经历，以期为此类疾病的治疗提供经验和证据。.
